You may place an order as a guest or use an optional Google or Apple account. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for protecting access to your account and device.

FreshXia sells raw seafood. Product images are illustrative, natural items may vary, and all seafood must be stored safely and cooked thoroughly before eating. Tell us promptly about an incorrect or damaged delivery.

Egyptian pounds (EGP) are the authoritative prices and settlement currency. Chinese yuan (CNY) values are approximate displays calculated using FreshXia's published manual exchange rate and can change without notice.

Cash on delivery is the only currently enabled payment method. An order is not prepaid merely because it appears in your account.

Your order summary records the items, EGP prices, exchange-rate snapshot, delivery fee, and address submitted at checkout. We may contact you to confirm delivery details. Delivery timing can be affected by location, availability, traffic, weather, and events outside reasonable control.

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security, place fraudulent orders, impersonate another person, or attempt to access private administration or customer data.
