We collect the information needed to provide the store and fulfil your orders.

• Checkout details such as your name, email, phone number, delivery address, delivery notes, and order contents.
• Account details supplied by Google or Apple when you choose social sign-in, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image when available.
• Order, delivery, customer-support, security, and basic technical records needed to operate and protect the service.

We use information to authenticate accounts, process and deliver orders, provide receipts and order history, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the service, and meet legal obligations.

FreshXia uses trusted infrastructure and identity providers, including Lovable Cloud/Supabase, Google, and Apple. They process only the information required for the service they provide and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may share the minimum delivery details needed with people or companies fulfilling your order. We do not sell personal information.

Signed-in account and order records are stored in FreshXia's protected cloud services. Guest receipts, cart contents, language, delivery zone, and saved checkout addresses may also be stored on your device. We retain records only as needed for service, security, accounting, and legal purposes.

You can shop as a guest, sign out, remove locally saved browser data, or ask us to access, correct, or delete eligible account information. Some order and transaction records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to protect customer information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as FreshXia changes and will publish the revised effective date here.
